Privacy Policy
Effective / last updated: 2026-06-25
Insurance Calc does not transmit or store your calculator inputs on any server; all calculations run only in your browser.
However, advertising and analytics services such as Google AdSense may use cookies to collect non-personally-identifiable information.
1. Information we collect and do not collect
Insurance Calc has no sign-up process and does not request or collect directly identifying information such as your name, contact details, or national ID. Values you enter into the calculators — medical costs, contributions, return rate, age group, etc. — are used only within your browser, disappear automatically, and are not transmitted to or stored on the operator's server.
However, the following information may be generated and collected automatically while using the website.
- Access IP address, browser type and version, operating system, visit time
- Pages visited, referring page, device information
- Anonymous identifiers via cookies and similar technologies
2. Use of cookies
Insurance Calc may use cookies to provide the service and serve ads. A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser to remember visit history and settings.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your web browser settings. Note that blocking cookies may limit some features and ad personalization. Cookie settings can be changed in each browser's settings menu (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.).
3. Google AdSense and third-party advertising
Insurance Calc displays ads through Google AdSense. Google and other third-party advertising vendors may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your prior visits.
- Google uses advertising cookies (e.g. the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.
- Third-party vendors' cookie use can be reviewed and opted out of at www.aboutads.info.
- How Google processes data is described on the How Google uses data when you use partner sites page.
4. Analytics tools
To improve the service, we may use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. These tools collect anonymized statistics such as pages viewed and time on page via cookies, and do not identify any specific individual.
5. Data retention and third-party provision
Because Insurance Calc does not directly collect or store your personal data, no separate retention period applies. Automatically collected access information and cookie data are processed and retained under the policies of the relevant service providers, such as Google. Except as required by law, the operator does not sell or arbitrarily provide your information to third parties.
6. Your rights
You have the right to refuse data collection through your browser cookie settings, and you can disable personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. For questions about how personal data is handled, use the contact below.
7. Children's privacy
Insurance Calc is not primarily directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal data.
8. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be revised due to changes in law or the service, and any changes will be announced on this page. For significant changes, the effective date will be updated.
9. Contact
For questions about how personal data is handled, contact truecodeko@gmail.com.
